Dhole’s Den

Advance Reservation:

• Booking will be confirmed and guaranteed only on receipt of full  payment. In case of booking made well ahead, 50% advance to be made at  the time of booking, and the balance 50% should be paid 30 days prior to
  the date of check-in. For bookings between 21st December and 10th January full payment is required 45 days before check in.
• Booking requests made without payment as mentioned above will be held  purely on a provisional basis on time limit basis as follows:

90 days and less before arrival: 7 days

45 days and less before arrival: 5 days

30 days and less before arrival: 72 hours

Less than 7 days: Same day till 18.00 hrs.

• Names of all guests must be given in full along with the booking. Any  change upon arrival in the number of guests or the name shall not be entertained.
• For reasons of safety, children under the age of 2 may not be  accomodated at Dhole’s Den
• The guest or his travel agent needs to reconfirm the provisional booking by making the advance payment or the full payment as mentioned above and as applicable for the booking before the end of the time limit.

Mode of Payment:

1. Cheque Payment: At par cheque or Demand Draft in favour of Dholes Den Farm House payable at Mysore at any of our booking offices  (see Contact page)

2. We accept all major creditcards (Master & Visa) at Dhole’s Den

Cancellation Rules:

Up to 46 days prior to arrival:  25% of the reservation value

45 days and less prior to arrival:  50% of the reservation value

30 days and less prior to arrival:  100% of the reservation value
